これからアメリカは紫陽花の綺麗な季節です。お茶のお稽古用に紫陽花の和菓子を作ってみました。中は白餡、外側の花びらは、紫陽花のもつ繊細で涼しげな色と光が表せるよう淡い赤、青、紫の小さく切った寒天を使いました。季節の和菓子を愛でていただくのも、お茶の席の楽しみの一つです。 Because of the beautiful hydrangeas in July in Missouri, we created special hydrangeas wagashi (Japanese sweets).
