濃茶風炉点前 koicha furo demae

今週は濃茶風炉点前でした。
利休さんの時代からお茶の主体は濃茶と言われてきました。
深い精神性と正しい訓練を重ねて、初めて濃茶のお点前が始められると言われています。
We practiced Koicha Furo-demae (the procedures for the thick tea) this week.
Koicha (thick tea) has been considered to be the main tea for the Japanese tea ceremony since Rikyu’s era.
It has been said that only after the appropriate trainings together with the in-depth mind you would be ready to start learning the procedures for Koicha.
